Timeless Beach Hotel stands on the sand at Welhengoda Junction, Ahangama, on Sri Lanka’s south coast. There are twenty rooms across three floors, and every one of them faces the sea — the ground floor opens onto its own terrace, and the two floors above have balconies.

Breakfast is included, with ten dishes to choose from. The restaurant and bar sit on the deck between the rooms and the beach. Kabalana, one of the best-known surf breaks on this coast, is a few steps past the lawn.
